Buddy Dive Resort is one of the largest Dive Resorts in Bonaire – Caribbean Netherlands.

The resort has 73 apartments with 220 beds, its own full-service dive center, two restaurants, two swimming pools, and its own fleet of rental cars.

Restaurant Employee

Our beautiful dive resort not only offers an excellent location for great diving but also a diverse and delightful Food & Beverage experience. The two resort restaurants are located by the water and serve as meeting places for our hotel guests, dive guests, and island residents.

Both restaurants offer something for everyone. Our Blennies Pool Bar provides an informal atmosphere with service ranging from breakfast to lunch and dinner. For stunning sunsets and delightful dinners, including paired wines, guests can visit our fine-dining restaurant, Ingredients.

What you will do:

• Along with the rest of the F&B team, you will be responsible for the daily operations in the restaurant.
• You will take orders from guests.
• Serve food and drinks to guests.
• Handle payment transactions.
• Clean up the restaurant after closing time.
• Together with your team, you will ensure unforgettable experiences for guests.

Who we are looking for:

• You have an MBO ¾ working and thinking level.
• You have at least one year of relevant work experience.
• You have a strong sense of hospitality and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• You can maintain a good overview.
• You are stress-resistant and a team player.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You are attentive, independent, and proactive.
• You have a flexible work attitude.
• You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English; proficiency in Spanish and Papiamento is a plus.
• You are motivated to succeed in this role.
