Executive Administrative Assistant
As the Office Administrator at Sapias Holding, you will be responsible for a range of essential administrative tasks across multiple companies within the group. A key part of your role will be to ensure the accurate and timely administration of payroll for over 260 employees. In addition, you will support the executive team by efficiently managing and coordinating their agendas. You will also take on other essential administrative tasks as they arise within the holding company, contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the business.
Your Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining sickness administration
- Monthly administration of staff bills and applying required discounts
- Implementing tip list for the F&B department at Buddy Dive on monthly basis
- Checking clocked hours for payroll and creating monthly excel reports for payroll administration
- Managing the agenda of the executive team
- Organizing meetings and appointments and taking minutes at meetings
- Answering telephone and emails
- Performing various administrative tasks
- You will assist in handling matters related to:
Trademark Law
Property Ownership
Establishment and Dissolution of Legal Entities
Contract Law
Permit Applications
Insurance
Chamber of Commerce Registrations
Homeowners’ Association (HOA) Matters - Assisting the financial department with and the excuctive team with the financial administration when needed
Who are we looking for?
- You have bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar
- You have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a good command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
- Strong organisational skills and experience in managing complex administrative processes
- You have an eye for detail and are accurate.
- You work in a structured way and can plan well.
- You are discreet and confidential.
- You have experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Independent attitude.
- You have a hands-on attitude
- You have a professional and respectful attitude towards employees, managers and board members.
- You are proactive.
