Senior Warehouse Employee

At BonDiGro, we are looking for a motivated Senior Warehouse Employee. As a Senior Warehouse Employee, you support the Warehouse Team Leader with daily tasks. You assist in receiving and logging containers with incoming goods and help check the completeness of incoming goods. Additionally, you take over the responsibilities and duties of the Warehouse Team Leader in their absence. Together with your team, you are responsible for an organized warehouse and work process to stimulate the growth of BonDiGro!

What will you do?

• Assist in receiving and logging containers with goods for the store;
• Help check the completeness of incoming goods;
• Assist in preparing timely and complete deliveries of hospitality and white goods products;
• Take over the responsibilities and tasks of the Warehouse Team Leader in their absence;
• Work on an orderly transfer of goods from the warehouse to the store;
• Sort incoming goods for the different departments;
• Replenish products in freezers and coolers according to the agreed guidelines, including FIFO (First In First Out);
• Help maintain a clean and tidy store and work environment;
• Report any safety risks or hygiene problems;
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the supermarket;
• Deliver and pick up deliveries at the request of supervisors if you have a driver’s license;
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors if necessary.

Who are you?

• You have knowledge of inventory management;
• You have the ability to manage the daily process between two departments (warehouse and store) effectively;
• MBO-3 thinking and working level;
• You have experience in the logistics sector.
