Human Resources Manager

As part of our HR department, you’ll play a key role in an organization with over 250 employees. This position is perfect for a proactive and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an HR Manager, you will help shape a positive workplace culture, support employee growth, and ensure smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment, employee development, and compliance with personnel policies. You’ll also oversee work permits, payroll coordination, and employee relations, offering valuable support to managers in HR matters. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and efficient HR and payroll administration, providing detailed explanations to ensure seamless processing.
• Monitor employee well-being and implement programs that support health and workplace satisfaction.
• Lead innovative recruitment campaigns and selection processes, attracting top talent while maintaining budget alignment.
• Foster proactive and effective communication to support a positive and transparent work environment.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and salary structures, ensuring fairness and clarity in our compensation system.
• Conduct performance and development reviews, helping employees grow and advance within the company.

Who are we looking for?

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO/WO) in hospitality management, HR, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong communication skills, with a detail-oriented and flexible approach.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; Papiamento and Spanish are a plus.
