Team Leader Dry

At BonDiGro, we are looking for a driven Team Leader Dry. As the Team Leader Dry, you are responsible for a hardworking warehouse team and the good appearance of our store. Your task is to lead the warehouse employees, which includes training and supporting these team members. Additionally, it is your goal to keep the store, the shelves, and the overall image of BonDiGro representative!

What will you do?

• You are responsible for well-stocked store shelves with sufficient products;
• You ensure that your storage above the store shelves is well organized;
• You are responsible for the good appearance of the store by keeping it clean, replenishing it in time, and keeping it organized;
• You inform the Supermarket Manager and Floor Manager about expiration dates (according to the agreed process);
• You ensure that the outdoor areas of BonDiGro look tidy and well-maintained;
• Together with the Floor Manager, you are responsible for creating daily work assignments and effectively communicating these to the team;
• You lead the team of warehouse employees; introducing and training new team members, providing feedback on the work of team members, solving problems, and giving annual evaluations;
• You timely discuss any issues on the work floor with the Supermarket Manager and/or Floor Manager;
• You supervise the work of your team members;
• You ensure that all team members provide excellent customer service.

Who are you?

• You have experience in leadership;
• You have knowledge of order picking and inventory management;
• You have attention to detail to ensure that products are placed correctly on the shelves;
• You have good communication skills to help customers;
• You are an effective planner and have organizational skills;
• You are hardworking and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality;
• You are solution-oriented and willing to go the extra mile to complete a task;
• You can make good decisions from a professional standpoint;
• You speak Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish. Speaking English is a plus.
