Financial Employee

– location Buddy Dive Resort Bonaire –

 

The Accounting department is located at Buddy Dive Resort Bonaire. The department acts as a shared service center for all companies belonging to the holding company in the financial, logistics and (salary) administrative areas.

The accounting team currently consist of four people; they are the responsibility of the Financial Controller.

Job Description:

• As a new colleague, you will be responsible for the logistics and financial processes of the wholesaler of diving articles and the web shops.
• You process and check financial information from the hotel management system.
• You also perform activities in the fields of administrative organization and periodically generate management information.
• The department has recently switched to a new financial package, for which the necessary activities must be carried out.
• Insight into and experience with such (furnishing) processes is an advantage.

 

Job Profile:

• Have completed HBO education (e.g. HEAO/SPD).
• Have at least one year of work experience in a similar position.
• Are numerically and analytically strong.
• Have excellent command of the MS Office package – especially Excel.
• Have experience with Twinfield an Basecone
• Are flexible, independent and proactive.
• Are also discreet and highly motivated.
• Are able to do a lot of work in a short time.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
• Have preferably experience in or affinity with the Hotel industry
